Our most powerful tool. Essentially a computerized database that allows both realtors and the public to search listings. Almost every realtor uses this, but most fails use it to it's potential. They either don't:

1. Enter information accurately

2. Write a decent description (max 1024 characters)

3. Take decent pictures. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words and we are able to use up to 20. A bad picture can dissuade many viewings

4. Create or link a website to MLS

5. Link to virtual tours

6. Use complementary advertising

A great tool, usually not utilized to it's full potential.
